Joanna Theil is a litigation and probate assistant at a law firm in San Francisco, California. She has worked on numerous cases involving complex litigation and construction defect litigation. Additionally, she works on litigation stemming from the probate process.
Prior to joining her present firm, Joanna attended U.C. Hastings College of the Law where she focused on public interest law and where she plans to return to finish her law degree. Joanna holds a B.A. in African-American History from U.C. Santa Cruz where she was a member of many student organizations and worked on a variety of initiatives including the Campaign for a Living Wage.
A native of Oakland, CA, Joanna resides in West Oakland and remains active in her community by volunteering at Oakland Animal Services and the Ella Baker Center.
