The apartment lease agreement is the contractual aspect of the agreement that is made between the parties of a lease. When a lease is enacted, the lessee and lessor agree to terms by which the rental will occur. These terms take the form of a lease agreement, which is essentially a contract that can be either written or verbal, but are usually appear in a written document. In an apartment lease agreement, this contract is used for the sole purpose of a lease where an apartment is being rented.
