Eviction Forms
The first step in filing an eviction will involve identifying a violation of lease or an ending of lease, after which a notice must be provided and the eviction will then need to be filed in court. Throughout this process, which can sometimes be quite extensive, eviction forms will be helpful in order to evict according to legal procedures. During the first step, the landlord will need to complete eviction forms to create a notice to provide to the tenant. Depending on the circumstances of the case, a different type of eviction forms may be used. For example, in the event that eviction is linked with the end of a lease, eviction forms will be used to complete a 30-day or 60-day notice. Conversely, an eviction that results from a violation in lease will need eviction forms to create a shorter notice. These eviction forms will use information such as names of the two parties, date of lease, and the violation that occurred to help create a properly written notice.
