Free Eviction Notices
Eviction notices are written documents that are issued to tenants before a legal eviction can take place. Before issuing an eviction notice, the landlord must have a reason for eviction, which generally consists of a violation of the lease. The most common reasons for eviction are nonpayment of rent, illegal use of property, or causing nuisance/damage on the property. Depending on the basis of the eviction, the landlord will need to use the corresponding type of eviction notice. For most cases, the standard 3 day notice will be served, alerting the tenant resolve violations or quit against the threat of a court case. To create the notice, regardless of which type, free eviction notices can be used to place the needed information into its correct legal format. During the notice period, the tenant must take action or negotiate with the landlord. After the period has elapsed, however, the landlord is immediately capable of filing for eviction in court.
