House Rental Agreement

In general, a rental agreement is the agreement that presides over a lease or rental of property. The house rental agreement, in contrast, is an agreement that presides over a housing lease. Many people confuse this to only include single family homes, but it actually applies to all forms of housing. Technically speaking, nothing in the agreement itself is different from the standard lease agreement other than property type. However, owners creating house rental agreements may need to be more specific regarding pets or parking. This rental agreement can be either written or oral, but most landlords will use a written contract to protect themselves and the tenant if a dispute occurs. Similar to other types of rentals, the house rental agreement must include parties involved, property being rented, and terms of payment.
