Rental Eviction

Rental eviction is the process by which the the tenant in a rental agreement can be removed from property being leased. If a rental eviction passes through court proceedings, a judgment will be delivered to legalize the eviction, which allows for the landlord to remove the tenant and their belongings from the property. The rental eviction process consists of 3 essential steps ヨ identifying a violation, providing notice of eviction, and taking legal eviction action in court. Violations that are eligible for eviction comprise anything that is in direct conflict with either the rental agreement or the law. This can include nonpayment of rent, excessive tenant-caused property damage, or an expiration of the lease. After a justifiable violation is identified, the landlord will need to issue a notice of eviction to the tenant. If the violation is not resolved after the period of notice has ended, the rental eviction can then be taken to court, where the case is put into the hands of a judge at a hearing.
