Tenants Right

Regardless of the landlord's demands or even the terms of the lease, there are certain tenant rights that are unalienable ヨ they cannot be denied under any circumstances. According to real estate law, or more specifically, the landlord tenant statutes of each state, these rights are used to define the relationship between any tenant and landlord that enter into a residential lease agreement. These landlord tenant acts were created with the intention of improving housing by introducing a clear definition of the rights and obligations of both landlords and tenants. The tenant's right to privacy, one of the rights that is granted to tenants, provides tenants with privacy by prohibiting the landlord from entering without notice. Likewise, the tenant also has a right to a safe dwelling, a fair security deposit, and to be informed if the lease is to be terminated.
